Return Policy
- Returns/Exchanges: Our worry-free guarantee enables you to return or exchange your device within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Phones and Internet devices that are damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. Phones and Internet devices that are returned or exchanged are subject to a $50 restocking fee per return/exchange and must be returned with the following:
1) original box in original shape, 2) all original accessories, manuals and contents in the box.
All cash or check purchases will be refunded by check and will take 7-10 days to process. - Phone Warranty: A one-year manufacturer’s warranty applies to phone and Internet devices. Defective devices are exchanged in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date. Defective devices that are still within the manufacturer’s warranty period and are outside of the 14-day return/exchange period are handled through Verizon Wireless’s Certified Like-New Replacement (CLNR) program
- Accessory Warranty: We offer a one-year warranty on defective accessories. All sales are final on headsets when the box has been opened. Defective headsets may be exchanged for the same product.
- Discounted Purchases: Equipment that was purchased at a discount with a two-year Verizon Wireless contract must be returned to Wireless World if the contract is not fulfilled.
